Run a Real Nuclei Scan (localhost only)

You need 2 terminal windows. The backend must stay running in Terminal 1 while the scan runs in Terminal 2. The scan targets your local server (localhost:3001), not production.

Step 1 — Open Terminal 1 and start the backend
Open the Terminal app (Cmd + Space, type "Terminal"). Copy and paste this command:

cd ~/personal-agent/Tradingwithhak/backend && node src/index.js

Wait until you see:

          Tradingwithhak Backend — Running!

          REST: http://localhost:3001/api

Do NOT close this terminal. Leave it running.

Step 2 — Open Terminal 2 and run the scan
Open a second terminal window (Cmd + N in Terminal app). Copy and paste this command:

cd ~/personal-agent/Tradingwithhak/backend && node run-scan.js

To scan budgetwithhak.com instead, use:

cd ~/personal-agent/Tradingwithhak/backend && node run-scan.js budgetwithhak.com

You will see progress like: Scanning — 45% (32760 req)

Step 3 — Wait for "SCAN COMPLETE"
The scan takes about 6 minutes. When it finishes, Terminal 2 will show:

          === SCAN COMPLETE ===

          Status: COMPLETE

          Total findings: 4

            LOW: 4

Step 4 — View results
Come back to this page and refresh (Cmd + R). Your findings will appear below with specific fix instructions for each one.

Step 5 — Clean up
When done, go back to Terminal 1 and press Ctrl + C to stop the backend. You can close both terminals.

Safety Rules:
• Only scan localhost — never point Nuclei at tradingwithhak.com or budgetwithhak.com directly
• Scanning production will trigger Cloudflare WAF blocks and may violate provider terms
• Everything stays on your machine — no external traffic is generated
